How do I start an AI Talk conversation about an episode?

Open an episode and start AI Talk to have a voice conversation with an AI partner before, during or after listening. Requires Plus or Pro.

AI Talk lets you have a spoken conversation with an AI partner about the episode you’re listening to. It adapts to your level, so you can practise speaking about real topics without pressure.

AI Talk is included with Plus (60 minutes a month) and Pro (300 minutes a month). It isn’t available on the Free plan.

Start a conversation

  1. Open an episode.
  2. Tap AI Talk.
  3. If asked, allow Podling to use your microphone.
  4. Start speaking. Your AI partner listens and replies by voice.

Three ways to use it

  • Before listening: preview the topic and key words so the episode is easier to follow.
  • During listening: pause and ask about something you just heard.
  • After listening: discuss the episode, retell it in your own words or share your opinion.

Your minutes

Time spent in AI Talk counts toward your monthly minutes, which reset on your subscription’s monthly renewal date. See How do AI Talk minutes work?
