How do AI Talk minutes work?
Plus includes 60 AI Talk minutes a month and Pro includes 300. Minutes reset on your monthly renewal date. The Free plan doesn’t include AI Talk.

AI Talk uses a monthly allowance of minutes, based on your plan.
Minutes by plan
- Free: AI Talk isn’t included.
- Plus: 60 minutes per month.
- Pro: 300 minutes per month.
When minutes reset
Your minutes reset on your subscription’s monthly renewal date, not on the first day of the calendar month. For example, if your subscription renews on the 12th, your minutes reset on the 12th each month.
What counts as a minute
Time spent in an AI Talk conversation counts toward your allowance. Listening to the episode, reading the transcript, looking up words and shadowing don’t use AI Talk minutes.
If you run out
- Keep learning with transcripts, lookups and shadowing as usual.
- Wait for your next renewal date, when your minutes reset.
- Or, if you’re on Plus and want more speaking time, switch to Pro for 300 minutes a month. Prices are shown in the app and the App Store or Google Play, and may vary by country.
