What is a study sheet and how do I use it?
Every episode has a study sheet of key words, phrases and sentence patterns with meanings and an example from the episode. It’s free on every plan.

A study sheet is a short, ready-made lesson for each episode. It pulls out the most useful language so you know what to listen for.
What’s on a study sheet
- Key words from the episode.
- Phrases, such as phrasal verbs and expressions.
- Sentence patterns you can reuse when you speak.
Each item has its meaning in your native language and one example sentence taken from the episode itself.
Study sheets are included on every plan, including Free.
How to use it
- Open an episode and go to its study sheet.
- Before listening: skim the key words so they’re familiar when you hear them.
- While listening: notice when each item comes up in the transcript.
- After listening: read the examples again and save the ones you want to keep to your word bank.
Make it stick
Try using one sentence pattern from the sheet when you shadow or in an AI Talk conversation. Using new language yourself is one of the best ways to remember it.
