How do I cancel my Podling subscription?

Podling subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so you cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account. Deleting the Podling app does not cancel your subscription.

Cancel on iPhone or iPad

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap [your name] at the top, then Subscriptions.
3. Tap Podling.
4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Cancel on Android

1. Open the Google Play app.
2. Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions.
3. Tap Subscriptions, then Podling.
4. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe.

What happens after you cancel

• You keep Plus or Pro until the end of the current paid period. After that, your account moves to the Free plan.
• On the Free plan, limits apply again: 20 lookups a day, a word bank of up to 100 words, no AI Talk and no bilingual transcript.
• Free trial: cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Refunds

Because payments go through Apple or Google, refunds are handled by them under their policies. For Apple, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, request one from your Google Play order history.
