Daily goals & streaks
How do streaks work in Podling?
Your streak counts the days in a row you complete your daily goal. Days follow your phone’s local time zone, so finish your goal before midnight.

Your streak is the number of days in a row you’ve completed your daily goal. It’s a simple way to see your habit growing.
How to extend your streak
- Complete your daily goal: by default, 10 minutes of listening and 10 minutes of shadowing.
- Do it before midnight in your local time.
- Your streak goes up by one day.
Time zones and travel
Days follow your phone’s local time zone. If you travel, the day boundary moves with your phone’s time zone, so check the time before you rely on finishing late at night.
Keeping your streak going
- Set a goal you can reach. If your goal feels too big on busy days, lower it. See How do daily goals work?
- Attach it to a routine, like your commute or making coffee.
- Do it early. Finishing in the morning takes the pressure off.
Streak looks wrong?
- Make sure you’re signed in to the same account you usually use.
- Check your phone’s date, time and time zone settings.
- Make sure you completed both parts of your goal, not just one.
If it still looks wrong, email support@trypodling.com with the date it happened.
Streaks are free on every plan. Learn more on the Daily goals page.
